When my business got to the point when I had to hire employees I knew that things were going to be harder. Not the work but handling employees. My tax filing changed, my obligation to open on time changed and my ability to handle people changed. I wanted to be friends with the employees but I knew that I should not.
That is when I decided I should get some advice on what I should and should not do. By searching for Seattle HR help I was able to find a company that provided the advice, forms and rules that I must abide by when handling employees. Now that I have the knowledge of how to be around my employees I find that we are very productive. Every small company should get HR help.
